Keith Dixon
Chairman & Co-founder
Keith began his career on a path which is unique among IT executives. The goal was to compliment Keith’s natural technical savvy with a strong foundation in business, and finance, which was accomplished by accepting his first junior auditor role at the Big 8 accounting firm Grant Thornton, London England.
This proved to be the foundation of Keith’s thirty plus years of global consulting experience gained from living and working in the USA, Europe, the Caribbean, and short projects in West Africa. which has made Keith highly knowledgeable in the areas of business transformation & people strategies.
He holds a MBA in International Business, with a minor in Finance.
Keith has had the opportunity to hold positions as CEO, CIO, and COO within, High Technology, Manufacturing, Telecommunications, and Automotive industries. It is within this context that Keith has been recognised as a high potential executive.
Keith has attained the Predictive Index Talent Optimization certification, which allows him to add another valuable service to his consultancy.
Dr. Michael Treasure Deputy Chairman
Dr. Michael Treasure, a catalyst for change and growth, possesses over 25 years of experience in Engineering, Data Science, Program Management, and Financial Systems. His career is marked by innovation, critical thinking, strategic planning, and a commitment to transformative solutions in applied engineering and program management.
Dr. Treasure has held various senior roles in large international corporations, contributing his expertise across the globe. His extensive travels for assignments and involvement in startups showcase his versatile professional background.
With a Doctorate in Engineering from The George Washington University, he also holds an MSc from Loughborough University (UK), an MBA from Texas A&M, and a B.Sc. Dr. Treasure has further augmented his qualifications with certifications in Advanced Data Science, Big Data, AI/ML, Project Management (PMP), and Six Sigma Black Belt.

Cheron Dixon

Cheron is the co-founder of SET Foundation. She is a Dyslexia/SPLD Specialist Teacher with over 25 years of experience in supporting, and teaching learners with Dyslexia, and Specific Learning Difficulties (SPLDs).
She holds a BA in Secondary Education, Postgraduate Diploma in Inclusive Education, and a Postgraduate Certificate in Languages, Literacies and Dyslexia.
She has taught learners from the age of 5 years to adult, in the Caribbean, and the United Kingdom. She is committed to supporting learners with Dyslexia and training others to do the same.
She is experienced in providing Specialist Study Skills support for learners in Secondary Education, Further Education and Higher Education, and in providing assessments for Exam Access Arrangements for Dyslexic learners.
Cheron is an Associate, and Professional Member of the British Dyslexia Association (AMBDA) and has an Advanced Teaching Specialist Certificate.
Paula Dixon
Co-founder & Director
Paula is the co-founder of SET Foundation. She is passionate about helping teachers, parents and students to understand, value and support the dyslexic individual. For a number of years Paula supported students struggling to read and write by providing suitable assistive technology.
She considers herself to be made by dyslexia and attributes her creativity, problem-solving and communication skills to her dyslexia thinking.
Paula is a Human Resource and People Analytics specialist with over 20 years experience. She has developed expertise in computing and data analytics. Paula has attained the Predictive Index Talent Optimization certification, which has provided her with great insight into people analytics in her field.
She holds a BSc. Hons in Computing from Anglia Ruskin University in the United Kingdom, and holds an Associate Diploma in Human Resources Management from the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD) Association in the United Kingdom.
